Limited Twelve (12) Month Warranty

Snake River Trailer Company. Provides the following limited twelve (12) month warranty to the original retail purchaser for personal use products manufactured by it to be free from defect materials or defective factory workmanship.

The warrantor's obligation shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at the factory in Caldwell, Idaho, any part or parts which fall within the twelve (12) month period and which are returned , transported prepaid and which upon examination by Snake River Trailer Company, are found to have been defective.

Upon receiving parts, which are defective in warranty Snake River Trailer Company. Shall affect the repair or replacement, within a reasonable period of time.

Paint is not covered by warranty, or any warranty of Snake River Trailer Company. Wiring is limited to ninety (90) days warranty on workmanship.

Snake River Trailer Company warranty does not apply to products which have been altered, damaged by accident, negligence, misuse, improperly maintained, or manufacturer specification required or not used in accordance load rating. Horse and stock trailers used commercially are not warranted by Snake River Trailer Company.

All implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages. No other warranties either expressed or implied are made by Snake River Trailer Company.

Snake River Trailer Company reserves the right to make changes in design with out being obligated to make the same changes on other products covered by the same warranty.

The twelve (12) month limited warranty period shall commence with the date the product is sold to the purchaser by the dealer, but if the date of purchase cannot be established, or of the product has been used by the dealer, the twelve (12) month warranty peiod shall begin the date the product was sold by Snake River Trailer Company. The warranty registration card must be filled out completely and returned to Snake River Trailer Company for the warranty to be valid.

This twelve (12) month limited warranty does not cover axles, wheels, tirs, hitches or other parts that are under warranty by the company of their manufacture. This limited warranty is not transferable.
